Kif newbie questions

I've got a few questions about dry sift kif for the wise ones here.

1. Humidity: where I live has high humidity for the next few months - how can I get good conditions for sifting/carding (small quantities only)?

2. To press or not to press? The gadget freak in me loves the look of a well-made screw press but I'm unsure of the need or benefit to press?

3. How to store unpressed kif? What's the best way to look after it? Glass? Foil?

4. Should I freeze my herb before sifting?

5. Anyone know anything about these screens: http://tinyurl.com/yczooh ? They use 110 micron silkscreen not steel.

Any clues on the above would be appreciated.

i use panty hose in stead of screen's. if it's small amount's it probably not worth pressing, unless you want a micro chunk.
