$4,000 of course

At 2 inches in November in PA?? C'mon, after vegging all winter we're talking a veritable Jack & The Beanstalk monstrosity next harvest season. You need to multiply that $ amount by 10 considering the head start this boy genius had. I wonder why I never thought of starting next year's this early before this?

lol, what a dumbass...

We used to make booze though, so I can't really talk there. We'd take jugs of apple cider and set them on top of the gllue rack in shop class. It was right under the overhead furnace. Those were the days...

PENNSVILLE TWP. - A Pennsville Memorial High School student was arrested at his home last week on several drug charges including allegedly growing marijuana at his school, police said.

Geoffrey S. Ellington, 18, of South Broadway taken into custody on Thursday after a tip was received by school officials. Ellington was then found trying to allegedly grow marijuana on Pennsville Memorial High School property, said police

"The plant (found at the school) was not very advanced, maybe two inches out of the pot," said Lt. Bruce Maahs of the Pennsville Police Department.

School officials looked up information on the Internet to verify if the plant was really in fact marijuana, said police. They were able to verify the seedling was marijuana.

School officials acted appropriately and turned the investigation over to the Pennsville Police Department, officials said. An arrest was made at Ellington's residence.

"This was the first time to my knowledge that this was attempted at the school," said Maahs.

Further investigation and search revealed that Ellington was in possession of nine bags of suspected marijuana on his person and another 10 bags in his bedroom, officials said.

He was also found to be in possession of several items of drug paraphernalia which were located also at his residence, police said. The items are all known to be those used in the sale and packaging of marijuana for distribution, police said.

Ellington was formally charged by Pennsville Police with manufacturing (growing) marijuana, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana in a school zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, and failure to make lawful disposition of a controlled dangerous substance.

Ellington was lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility, Mannington Township, on $25,000 bail. The case is pending in court.

School officials could not be reached late Friday.

you'd hope a good lawyer good get him off all the cultivation charges by arguing that the plant could have been hemp or even a mis-identified ragweed plant. at 2 inches, i'm thinking this plant was just past the cotyledons and starting its first set of true leaves possibly.
