Keeping mothers for large scale production.

Wondering how many cuts can you reasonably take from mother plants weekly. I'm aiming to put them in 20 gal pots and looking to take multiple hundred per week. I've kept mothers before but never for this scale. Any insight whatsoever is much appreciated!
