keep getting stuck in modules. advanced edit doesnt worky.

any time i click the lower left side "latest news" i get stuck in http://www.icmag.com/modules/News/showarticle.php?threadid=172880

i get edit buttons, i can reply to posts. and when i click (top left) international cannagraphic magazine forums" it redirects me to clicking "back" on the browser doe.../modules/News/showarticle.php?threadid=172880 again.
where it shows edit buttons but i cant edit others posts (obviousely)
and not being able to post replys. or if so i get ejected to some stupid screen that wont actualy post a reply.

i also have alot of trouble getting the advanced reply to work....
clicking advanced after clicking edit on a post. it allows me to "save changes" but the button does nothing. web site doesnt edit, and i have to copy my editing, go back to casual "edit post" and paste my edit back in.
otherwise i can click "save changes" 5000000000 times and watch nothing happen

active posts, still cant edit, have to keep going to advanced, copy my edit, and then click the edit button on the post, still no fix?
