Kandahar, located at 31° N and 1,000 meters above sea level, is rich in agricultural resources. Its temperate climate, with hot, dry summers and cold winters where the soil doesn't freeze, provides perfect conditions where the best Hash plants of traditional cannabis grow.

Cannabis and Arghandab Kandahar

The Landraces of Kandahar are cultivated by the Pashtun tribesmen, experts in growing cannabis in this ancestral region.
In Kandahar, you will find unique and exceptionally domesticated cannabis crops, showcasing a diverse range of phenotypes and profiles.

Crop's Remarks

The farmers employ two distinct methods for cultivating their crops. Crop type "A" benefits from the finest soil preparation, with raised beds and water channels irrigated every two days using suction pumps.

Additionally, the type "A" fields are enriched with manure, resulting in plants that reach impressive heights and exhibit lush green growth. This vigorous growth also provides a buffer, delaying the transition to flowering and ultimately leading to a greater yield per plant.

Crop type "B" receives less intensive care but is more farmer-friendly, producing plants with less plant tissue and more abundant flower development per plant.

In the crop “A” we can see the plants reaching 6-8 ft in height, with a robust and bushy structure having inflorescence of multiple tops and greater resin production, also being postponed in the transition to flowering this crop puts on a great display of change in coloration of foliage and the flowers, ranging from light pink tint, purple and deep dark hues.

which produces countless flowering tops for greater yields and
quality resin having flowering period of 10-11 weeks.

With an extreme complex aroma of tea tree extract and Kevra extracts (used in sweet Asian puddings),
leechee, apples, roses, burnt rubber and diesel along with
sweet dominant smell similar to cosmetics.

Features:
  • Dominant BLD structure
  • Extremely Productive

Crop Type "B"

Kandahar #2

Regardless of how dynamic the type "A" crop is, type "B" is equally important and cannot be considered inferior.

Type "B" crops are generally shorter, as they receive less attention in terms of fertilization and irrigation compared to type "A." This results in slower growth and a field filled with short to medium-sized cannabis plants.

Despite the difference in vigor, type "B" is highly farmer-friendly, with less plant matter to sift through, reducing manual labor. The plants have a short, compact, Christmas tree-like structure with primary stems bearing beautifully structured, resin-coated flowers.

These flowers develop over a period of 9-10 weeks and exhibit an enchanting aroma profile with earthy, nutty, and spicy smells, along with subtle hints of sweetness typical of Kandahar's hashish. Some plants emit an intense aroma with offensive, acrid, clove, and garlic notes, combined with rich dairy and putrid endnotes.

Features:
  • Manageable height
  • A well-developed flowering structure
  • Small to medium production with less plant tissue and more flower development
  • Radiant coloration

"In the words of an Afghan farmer, 'These plants are not just crops; they are a legacy.' As we look to the future, let us honor and preserve this legacy for generations to come."

As we face ever-increasing challenges in preserving the ancestral origins of cannabis, including the disallowance and destruction of traditional crops, our mission becomes ever more critical.
