well im guessing the soil isnt steralized, due to the fact that i have a worm running around in my rooted clone cup.

When i transplant should i just get soil like ffos or keep this stuff and just put sand on the top layer? The worm i am fine with, just wondering about the bad buggies

worms hatch out from eggs, if they added worm castings that's what it's come from.. it doesn't mean you WILL have other pests for sure.

Mulch for sure, it's worth doing with any organic soil inside or outside.
You may want to pull him out though, if he doesn't have a bunch of space or if your soil doesn't have enough perlite/vermiculite mixed in he'll turn that soil VERY EWC laden... which doesn't drain well; it's like clay

yeah, its a layer of soil layer of perlie, than some hydrotons, but thats good than. As for the mulch, its an indor grow. Wont that keep my soil damp?

never heard of k grow. i take it that its organic? did you just find a worm in it or do they advertise it that way. next new marketing ploy? if you use chems kiss those worms bye bye. i find worms in my soil all the time . benefit of having wormfarms and growing mostly organic. i dont think i have ever bought a soil and gotten worms. prob a great soil if worms are in it.
