When I was 6 years old (1960) we had some beatniks living in our guest house in Hollywood.

You guessed it, they were growing a few plants. Yep LAPD Hollywood Detectives took them away and we never saw them again.

In 1977 I grew probably 500 plants in my backyard at the corner of Creshaw and Pico (Los Angeles).

It was illegal as hell. The cops did'nt bust us as they were dealing with the crazy locals and PCP, smack, cocaine, etc.

My plot was about 50 X 50 ft.
