just saw Snoop and 311

so Snoop and 311 came to town last night. Snoop opened for 311 and to be honest put on a hell of a show. When he started his set, the crowed looked like they were getting ready for 420 in arcata. I wish i had a pic cause there was just a cloud of smoke rising up from the crowd.

I also smoked with a security guard that tried to get me to put out the blunt, but i was like "man this isnt weed, its kush. You need to go ahead and get a hit." and he did and just like walked away after that haha

yeah it was definitly tight. I saw 311 last year, so i was more interested in seeing snoop just because ive never got a chance to see him live. But he definitly ripped alot of good shiot

Yes! Thankfully! Here in NJ they only played 2 tracks from Evolver and Don't Tread On Me.... That made my night! Those last 2 albums are pretty weak... and even the band knows it... I saw an interview with them and they said the new album they are working on now will be "Grassroots part 2" .... I really hope they keep that promise....

ive seen 311 quite a few times, and i remember the years that i saw them when they were good.

every time i saw them was at redrocks colorado...haha spoiled boy, cuz i lived right there.

the grassroots shit was best....and they dont play their very best song every show (offbeat bareass)

I have never seen them or snoop. My buddy saw snoop a long time back and said that snoop was on stage and people were throwing bags of weed and rolled j's and blunts on stage. He said that snoop picked up a Blunt and said , " these pigs out here said I cant smoke." Who's gonna help me out if I light this mutha F'n blunt and these pigs try to arrest me?" he said the whole place errupted and he was able to smoke that blunt and said that those cops never bothered him either. Now after he walked off the stage Im sure he was arrested. Here's one for snoop

Got to see 311 & Snoop about two weeks ago. Been a fan since the Grassroots days as well. I am definitely not a big fan of the new stuff, but the old stuff is where its at. I think the band knows that too so hopefully this new album will be a great one.
