THINKING GREEN

Ok, I have planted five seeds, and I can't get the sprouts to grow. I have done alot of reading and I have watched the Mr. Green's videos and I just don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong. I have a set up just like Mr. Green. I have a drip system and I'm using general hydroponics micro, grow, bloom. I used the directions off of the bottle. The first four beans I planted sprouted I put them under lights and they didn't grow turned brown and died. The next two I planted one sprouted and it looks healthy but it is not growing. I'm feeding three times a day for fifteen minutes at a time with the dripping of the nuts just off of the plant. I have them in 4 by 4 by 4 grodan rockwhool. I started them in starter plugs and when the beans sprouted I tranfered them in to the bigger cubes. I have the light 12 inches away from the sprouts. Thank you for any information you can give me If this keeps happening I'm going to lose alot of money in beans.
