What's new

Just how long does your cannabis device last?

Just a curious question, but just how long does your cannabis "device" last, whether it be a bong, pipe, what have you. What's the longest one you've had and what kind of material was it made out of? Did you use it excessively, or just every now and then? Just curious for future reference, :tiphat:

i've been using this version of the Bud Toaster vaporizer since 4/20/2011 ... i use it 5 or 6 (or 8) times per day, every day.

the body is a 2" mahogany cube ... the vapor path is borosilicate glass, an only-glass vapor path.

it just works. i have two more just like it.

this has been an evolving project since 2000 ... lots of pics in my albums.

Yup, I'm clumsier than Clark Griswold...I should just buy wraps. Then there's the few nights after a few mugs where the bong becomes a pretend microphone to tunes, I'm awful...

I used to have butter fingers. Broke a lot of glass. My current bubbler and spoon I've had for 5 or 6 years. I would hate to see either break.

unless its cheap chinese glass and its only 30-40 bucks then i guess its no big deal.but if you guys are gonna buy high quality glass please be careful.ive seen one of a kind pieces worth thousands break just cause their owners were drunk or stoned or careless just by bumping into tables or washing them in the sink.if your going to get a scientific glass piece,i highly recommend its at least 5mm and made with Schott Duran borosilicate glass if possible.ive broke way too much glass to invest in anything less

Been using this about 10 years. Prior to that I was buying knock offs of the old mini toker II. Was attached to them since I saw the first small one back in the mid to late seventies. I would guess that I used to get about five years out of them before I would break them. This little thing has been a tank, don't think I will ever part with it.

Titanium "one" hitter bat. This one holds about 5-6 hits.
Probably 2 years now? Replaced a brass one I've had for over 10 years (still have it somewhere in the house), had another brass bat for about 10 years before that. I like the titanium better. ;)

My current hammer is 12ish years old.

I used to use it daily. But since being laid off it hasn't been used. And growing is not an option for me with my current living situation. That will hopefully all change within the next year.
