well it's official, this is the earliest i've ever harvested outdoors, 3 plants of dutch treat are done and a few tops weighed in at 26-32 grams wet. not bad since they started to auto flower indoors and when i put them outdoors they were clones and only about 8-12 inches...i figure i got about an ounce per plant dry, the other pheno hasn't started budding yet but is growing like a beast.....on another note, for some odd reason one of the autoflowering nigerian nitemares phenos ended up going hermie, i noticed it on the mom so i checked my patches of clones and they are hermie too so i just yanked them all so i'm out a mom and about 10 clones, the other pheno is doing awesome though.

kodiak gold is growing slow but i knew that would happen since it's an ibl, my thunderskunks are growing like mad, schnazzleberry 2 is looking killer, great garberville is growing slow but really bushy and thats an ibl too so i expected that, and the G-13's are right on schedule so everything is great besides that hermie pheno of the nitemares.....peace

northern usa, 44 latitude, my normal harvesting isn't until end of sept or early oct....this pheno of this strain is crazy, i got big thick dense buds about 6-8 inches long.

yeah i was thinking about it but i don't like to harvest this early, i think big buds this early where i'm at is worst then big buds in the fall for mold...they started to mold and have bud rot because the days and nights are so humid, i like the strains and i was thinking of taking a cutting off the ones that will end up flowering at normal times.

well ofcourse pics would be nice, i thought maybe people would want to hear and learn about some strains and how they are doing along with harvest times...i guess not.

no i don't think it was east islands seeds, i can't think of who i got them from right now....i haven't smoked any yet, but the smell is a stinky fruit smell right now....i'll be testing some out in a few days then i'll be curing them for awhile...it sure was perfect to have a few plants get done because it's bone dry around!

whats up Jay? i guess you were right man, it was east islands seeds.....i just got done smoking some of the dutch treats, and i have a little smoke report for ya....the smell is very citrus fruity with a hint of that grassy smell, keep in mind this is before a cure, the taste was a citrus orange flavor with a good bite, i actually coughed pretty hard on the first big toke, took 3 big tokes and got pretty stoned, nice mellow relaxing buzz, nothing that blew me away but a really nice overall buzz. i can't wait to try it after a nice cure, it can only get way better in the next 2-4 weeks.

i got the 10 pack of dutch treats and all sprouted but 4 were males, out of the 6 females 5 of them were autoflowerers, they started flowering after about 4-5 weeks old under 24 hour light, except for the 1 female that didn't autoflower. i figured when i put the autoflowerers outside it would be a waste, wasn't expected much and they recieved the least amount of my attention, to my surprise they actually grew nice thick buds and yielded decent for the situation. i got 3oz of good bud off 3 autoflower phenos of the treats by the first week of july! 2 more of the autoflowers are still out and will be done in probably a week or maybe two, and the 1 pheno that wasn't an autoflowerer just started to show hairs, she got way more veg time and is about 5 ft tall so she should yield way better! i'm guessing she'll be done in about 6 weeks, so around mid august, not bad and way more then what i was expecting from this strain.

if a guy could get cuttings within the first 4-5 weeks of the autoflower pheno to get more plant numbers out he could be sitting on a real nice fat harvest in the middle of the summer while he's still waiting for his other strains to get done later in the fall. i'll try to borrow my buddies cam to take a couple pics of the autoflower pheno that is still out and the other pheno thats just starting to bud. i promised chimera i would go get some pics of my outdoor schnazz #2 anyway.....peace

p.s...earlier i thought i cloned these but i didn't, i only cloned the none autoflower pheno, so the ones i harvested were straight from seed not clone.
