Just FIM'd....when to LST

Just FIM'd my 3 week old ladies 2 days ago and already noticing some new growth.

I was curious as to when i can start LSTing em? Should i wait a few days to let new nodes grow from the FIM or just jump straight into it?!?

I would give it a good 7 days mate to let the new tops come through, and to give her a bit of a rest
