Just a quick question about lighting 12/12?

your post is vague. I don't understand what exactly your saying.
you use past tense, this morning, with 'stays on' which is continuous.
so was this not on a timer for 6 weeks and you just noticed today? if it's not on a timer, it would stay on continuously 24 hours a day, not just an hour. Not sure what the relevance of the hour, unless that's just how long you took to notice "this morning," which makes it completely irrelevant and confusing.
it sounds like your saying that your 250 hps is on 12/12 and your CFL's are on a 13/11 (somehow without a timer?) for the last six weeks.
do you have flowers growing on the plants? How about some photos. If it was a one time incident, like maybe you re-arranged yesterday and forgot to wire everything properly, then you'll be fine.

no worries, 1 hour of extra light once will not make any difference.
