I had another thread I started a while ago about too big of plants going into bud. Well, I started a fresh thread to ask another question that I have bothering me. I recently put large tree plants into my new bud room. The plants got larger than I wanted because they were in another room in veg while I finished up the bud room. I finally got the bud room finished and put the plants in it on 12 12, but took longer then I had anticipated. The first day I placed them in there I new they were terribly root bound, so transplanted them from 2 gallon pots to only three gallon. I had not finished the door to the room so for the last five days they had a large light leak while in bud. I am not worried about hermis as the light leak from the open door was consistant. The rooms door is now finished and they can bud in peace.
My question is, since I transplanted from two gallon to only three gallon I thought this would be enough, but since I waited another five days to bud properly, will the pots extra gallon of soil already be filled and will this limit my bud size dramatically? Should I transplant again?
I am worried going from two gallon to only three was not enough after waiting five days to bud properly. I hope this makes sense.
Thanks in advance!
