Trimmers are always sought after between Early October and mid to late November. People pay different rates usually between $100-$150 per pound. They used to pay more when pounds were $2000+, now their like 600-1600 for outdoor.
Colorado is pretty regulated so unless u are MOVING there you probably won't find work.
Their are mid size legal farms and large size illegal farms who have a few guys all year from March-harvest, pay really depends on the farmer. I've heard 50 k for one, 25k another, paid in pounds to another, another barely paid anything. Only way to get those jobs is trimming in the fall and then just staying on to finish after harvest cleaning and then rolling into the next year.
