Jack Herer, Ed Rosenthal, and a WHOLE LOT of glass!!!

At this year's Seattle Hempfest!

I overheard the security saying that there were over 250,000 people in the park on Saturday, and probably about the same on Sunday. It STARTED sunny, but then the weather turned kinda crappy, and it rained on and off the rest of the time, but it didn't stop the hundreds of thousands of potheads present from sending up some HUGE smoke signals at 4:20! Check it out, here's some pics I took:

That cloud of smoke is at least 150,000 people all puffing as one, it was possibly the most amazing thing I've ever seen. I actually bought a sidecar bubbler for $40 and a sherlock for $10.

He told us that the shirt and the bubbler have been together since 1967, but I didn't even know they were blowing glass like that back then. Then he went on to tell us about how he smoked joints with Jimi at Woodstock, so whatever.

The fishbowl bong was probably about $150, triple perc bubblers for $100, spoons and sherlocks from $5 on up!

So, that monster glass piece in the glass case would've been $150. I think about how much they charge for ROORs and I can't imagine something like that only costing around 150. Then again, I never truly understand everything about the creation of the glass. I would love to get that one tho.
