Issues after switching to LED lights

Since I switched to LED lights I have experienced issues with Deficiencies or lockout or something. They start out great and then the leaves start to look like shit. They get light in color then start to brown a bit. I never had issues like this using MH/HPS lights. I believe thats been my only change. If anyone has any thoughts i would love to hear them. Thanks

What are your temperatures like ? I had similiar issues and it was mainly caused by too low temps under LED, I had to put a heatmat under the pots

When i changed from hid i needed a couple of grows to get pointing in the right direction, I found all else being equal led needs a stronger ec and warmer ambient temps, I also need to take it slow increasing the light intensity.

What brand and what par are you running them at ?

Medium, food, etc. ?

I just switched from HID to LED and couldn't be happier !

Day 6 of 12/12 for a total of 47, par is currently 600, temp 79.2, rh 50%, 5 gallon pails with GroBucket inserts, ProMix HP, feed is currently 3.6g/gallon of Mega Crop one part.

It's a common problem I see often friend. You have to bump up the calcium and mag in the water because the light diodes can burn the plant tissue. Make sure you have enough calcium and mag before adding fertilizer. You need to change the water when you change to LED lights. If you don't fortify your water you will keep getting light burn.

Well, most everything I read or hear comes back to cal-mag, so I guess I will play around with that and see if I can make some progress. Thanks for all the input much appreciated.

It's a common problem I see often friend. You have to bump up the calcium and mag in the water because the light diodes can burn the plant tissue. Make sure you have enough calcium and mag before adding fertilizer. You need to change the water when you change to LED lights. If you don't fortify your water you will keep getting light burn.

Hmmm, I have not seen this...

As I said, just switched from 600w MH/HPS to Phlizon FD6000 640w, feeding the same and still Not adding Cal/Mag or ph down.

Fwiw no calmag is getting used here, I suspect what gets blamed on cal/mag deficiency is actually too low ec, that's just my hunch, I can't see why you'd need it now if you didn't need it before?

My water measures 0.0 it doesn't even trigger my truncheon but I've never needed calmag with hid or led.

To be clear, Mega Crop one part already contains Cal/Mag and I'm sure my well water has more

Using Gold Leaf at the moment. Was using a super soil mix before. I run my water thru filters before i use it. I still have to PH it, my water is is about 8.4

You say you were using super soil mix before, what are you using now ?

THAT makes a huge difference !

I'm not familiar with Gold Leaf but it appears to be an all in one liquid that does not require any supplements, this is good...

But again, what are you growing in ?

And for the last time, what brand/size light ?

What par are you running at ?

Pictures would be a Big help also.

No heat on the LED light means that plant will drink less. Raise temps somewhat (treat 79 as absolute minimum for high intensity led light) or even run VPD, and add some more EC. The plant that drinks less will need a stronger juice. Cal and Mag being pretty much inmobile nutes they are the first defs youll see.
A few other ways would be adding some blue between 400-440nm or an old cheat trick: just a little bit of incandescent light but carefull too much will cause crazy stretch

In a potting mix Bloome & Gardener coco and perlite. Light is Mars Hydro FC 3000 its at about 30%. Don't know what par is at.
