Howdy,

We are a professional, quiet, and respectful family with excellent references. I have recently been hired with a large company in Ukiah and we are looking for a home for rent. I start work in May and would like to have my family moved in by June.

We are seeking a quiet home, at least 3 bedrooms and below $1500 per month. We are not growers but are seeking a space with room for a garden and for the children to play. We are occasional smokers, no tobacco, no drugs, and are very respectful of rental properties. No dogs, 1 outdoor cat.

A 1 bedroom apartment would set you back 1200 or so a month in Cali from what I understand.

I already live in California. We pay $900 for 3 bedrooms on a quiet cul-de-sac.

I could see a 1-bedroom for $1200 in La Jolla maybe...even that sounds steep.
