You have a healthy seedling there, no worries. I have found that most seedlings have reddish stems shortly after germing, like shown. As the seedling grows, that red skin will split as the stem grows fatter, and the green colour will show.
Some of mine are at this stage where the stem's skin is splitting, they will shed the cots soon. I would take a pic, but lights are off - I'll take one for tomorrow later when lights come on to show what I mean...

See the splitting of the skin? This is normal growth of the stem and its bark. But the 1st time, it'll split the reddish skin to green skin underneath. Hehe, these ones are even trying to grow leaves from under the cots...
