I've been debating my setup for a while, I wanted to go with 150w HPS first but I think I'm going with 250w instead, anyway, I just want to check if this will be good enough.
The grow cabinet size in total is 1mx0.5mx.2.30m (widthxdepthxheight) which will be split into a a 1mx0.5m.x1.7m main grow room, a small shelf space for my equipment and a germination/clones/veg room shelf which I will decrease in widthxdepth with some pieces of cut up shelf connected and whatever size is left in height (think it should be around 40cm).
Stuff for the main grow space in the cabinet:
Lamp: SYLVANIA SHP-TS 250W SUPER
Ballast: BAL EB250SON 250 WATT REMOTE EVSA
Reflector: MAXILIGHT REFLECTOR
Tubefan: S-vent VK-125 190M3
Tubefan will be directly connected to Airfilter, no extra connections to avoid pressure loss
Filter: Air Filter carbon Rhino 300m3
Grow medium: 6x 5liter buckets (Hydro)
Airpump: Eheim 400L/H dual outlet airpump (2x200 L/H)
Intake: Passive, holes in the bottom.
Foil: Anti-detection foil (mylar I think)
The only other possibility for my air outtake would be to connect it directly to my house's mechanical fan (which is in the same room) with a bigger air filter because I'm pushing it with the amount of kWh I will be using already and all of the other tubefans I can find that do slightly more use way too much power (roughly 4-10 times what this one uses). I live in an apartment building though so I can't cause any smell problems to my upstairs neighbors.
Veg room above main grow area:
Lighting: Several different China Grow LED's (already got those, pretty good spectrum, very bright)
Foil: Antidetection (mylar)
Grow Medium: One of those tomato grow box things with rockwool plugs
Heating: Comes from growroom.
Ventilation: Strategically placed small holes
I hope this is good enough, I spend hours and hours looking through things, can someone please comment so I can start ordering stuff and bulding?
