Is this nute burn?

I got some sdog f2's and these are from seed are in foxfarm ocean forest soil. I am watering them organic thrive alive b1. i've heard the foxfarm is hot soil. Could this be the problem?

It could be so many things, a Calsium problem, a pH problem, possibly nute burn and probably any mix of these.

What you need to do is post all the information you have, how often you've been feeding and with what etc

First off ocean forest is safe for seedlings i myself have done this. Is that thrive alive like super thrive if it is i would start their. Make sure you do not over water or you will get problems. Go and find post by major pot head he does good work with ocean forest.

One breeder, I think Mandala, specifically states FFOF is NOT safe for seedlings. I have seen people kill their seedlings with it. Some strains will take it; many will NOT.

Lose the ThriveAlive. It is not a complete fertilizer, contains a lot of N from Urea (I believe it is quite similar to ST anyway), and too much B1 can hurt your plants. You need a complete cannabis-specific nute. I see evidence of N overdose and/or overwatering. But your pics are dark and don't show the whole plant, and you have not given all that much info.

I have to respectfully disagree with you stinkyattic not just on my experience but others as well. There are a few threads that debate this very issue.Yet i do have to say until i try out every strain out there i cannot say for fact you are incorrect so your point is well taken. much respect have a good day.

i have them under cfl's and i water when the soil drys out. I haven't been feeding them just been giving them organic thrive alive b1 ph at 6.3 whenever the soil drys out. It is the 3rd week for them and i haven't been feeding because i think that ff soil is enough for now.

How is your drainage? looking at this photo the soil is very wet. having cfl's this soil is going to stay wet for a long long time, the surface of the soil may look alot dryer than the soil around the roots. Try using a moisture meter if your unsure.
Also what temps are you dealing with and is there a circulation fan?
I dont see N overdose, that looks like a healthy green.

Yeah, with the better pic showing the whole plant, it's quite healthy. Those low leaves being cupped-under like that was kinda misleading. I agree that drainage is your main problem, or soil density; either way, you are almost due for a transplant into a slightly larger pot and will be able to fix all that easily at that time. I'd definitely bump up your feed pH to 6.7 though. You're running a little low and could shoot yourself in the foot.

It's because that is a good pH for a soil mix, and low pH can lock out several fert components, while also leaching lime out of your soil. That plant has PLENTY of N, trust me!

.

well, all I wanna chime in here is that I just ran Mandalas Kalichakra from seed to flower in FFOF with no problems.

I've run Kalichakra. It feeds like a fat bastard. As I said- some strains under some conditions are fine. Some are not. It may not have killed your plants but it is CAPABLE of killing seedlings of some strains under some conditions; I have seen it, I am throwing that out there as an FYI.
