Is this nute burn? need help

So this is like my third time growing using fox farm happy frog and grow big and bloom big. I'm at 39 north put this clone out on august first and every thing has been growing great looking healthy. This saturday i ferted with big bloom didn't measure it just eyeballed it(i know bad mistake) it looked fine on sunday until i gave it a bunch of water because i was going to be out of town monday-wed morning they leaves started drooping an hour after i watered and i thought maybe because i over watered. get there today and it looks all crispy pulled a bunch of leaves off what do you think i should do and is there enough time for it to recuperate and get some yield off it? I'm kicking myself in the ass. thanks for any help.

before the fertilizer on saturday

when i got home today :violin:

Yep...dont eyeball shit. Whenever im using new nutes I always test strength.

Now you know to be more patient and precise.

Supposedly calcium can tie up excess feed... Either use gypsum and flush... Or powder milk I heard works as well....new growth still looks ok, might not be too bad...

I think either could be mixed with water , but the gypsum is pretty gritty.... I would probably top dress it if possible...id be inclined to ask member slow nickel or some of the outdoor guys in the aea thread

Well I checked all my local stores and they didn't have gypsum. So I just drilled more drainage holes in the bottom of the pot and gave it a fuck load of water hoping to flush it out. I hope it helps.

Yea,flush but also in the end of flushing give her light feeding solution
so she dont starve and yellow too fast in flowering...

well i washed the soil out with a bunch of water, looks like theres only 3 branches that recovered and are gonna amount to anything.

I am not sure if this is accurate. With talking to SlowNickel, Ca is a large molecule that pushes other elements off CEC sites. So gypsum will not tie up excess feed, but push it off it's CEC sites. I think the powdered milk might help, but I am not sure. Just my two cents.:tiphat:

Just to bring some reality to the thread, after a shock like that, the plant will produce close to nothing. Sorry, better luck next grow.....:tiphat: This is why growing one plant can be so hard. Can't even mess up once.

I wonder if it really was the Big Bloom that did this or perhaps something else. I haven't used it in a couple of grows, but I recall Big Bloom allowing a heavy mix, something like 1/4 cup per gallon.

yeah it does but i just poured it into a regular sized water bottle and filled the bottle with water, like a dumbass.
