Using the photo and guessing depth of field I would go with a 'yes' that is normal.
The 'guess' is the leaf tip is touching the wet ground occasionally. Or more than occasionally.

i'd say it's little tip burn from slightly hot soil. Nothing to worry about. Can't see it on the new growth, but the photos are rather small to get a good look.
..but it looks like a little tip burn to me.
