This girl is about a month into flowering, she is romulan. This is my first grow, and she is the furthest along so I wanted to make sure that her lower leaves dyin off is normal, I have heard that they loose some of their lower leaves but I thought that would be closer to the end of flowering. in these pics she's acting underwatered even tho her pot felt heavy enough but I gave her more water. Yes I know she has spider mites, I'm werkin on that. there's a possibility that she might have fungus gnats too, not sure since I have no experience with them things. please tell me this is normal.

A fan blowing at the surface of the soil can help it dry a little faster. Sure it looks like overwatering, but you might have other problems too!!!
The yellowing and death of older leaves during flowering is usually due to lack of Nitrogen (not sure if it is in your situation). And it is not a problem a month into flowering, i would say it is normal.
But if it starts too early or quickly spreads you can give som veg nutes with high Nitrogen and help .

ok, so what i said about the water and weight wasn't as clear as I had in my head. the pot was heavy enough for another day until watering. But she was just thirsty, the leaves were weak and after I gave her water she perked back up. The thing that I wanted to make sure that was normal is the lower leaves the way they are since I've never been this far into the life cycle.

overwatered.... N defeciency, looks like a little K def as well. A small amount of N won't hurt. But I'm just guessing from the pics. You never told us your feeding regimen. Place small cups of wine or vinegar in the grow to bait and kill the gnats. But the gnats aren't your problem. It's the larvae they lay in the soil you gotta worry about. Neem oil for the mites.

If they perked up then they weren't over watered as you said. I somehow missed your last post before mine was sent
