Hello All

I would apprieciate some help in identifying my plants` ales.

It is a good looking plant and has always been.

At three weeks Old

She is about 6 weeks old grown from seed and has now been in 12/12 for 15 days

A bit closer

She is a under a 250Watt HPS bulb and has adequate ventilation. day Night temps are 28/25 with an RH of 40 / 55 %

I started her on Bio BIzz Bloom and topMAxx a day or 2 before 12/12 was initiated . Is this why i am possibly having the yellowing of the leaves .

This is one of the Much older fan leaves

I added some Bio Grow to her last feed 2 days ago but it still seems to be an issue.

All help would be greatly recieved .

Many thanks
Regards Bhuddahat

Looks like it is.. If it was me i would just up the feeding... After i checked the ph and made sure it wasnt nutrient lock out..

Do you water with nutrients every other water?.. If so you will want to water with nutrients every water untell you get a dark anuf green to get you threw to the end of flower then start to water every other water with nutrients(The last 2 weeks flush with no nutrients)...

I would just use the bloom nutrients.. Keep it simple.. Watch for the new growth to get that green your looking for..

How much nutrients are you using? What mixture/brand is your plants in? WHat pH is the run off?
Are you using RO water? Tap? Bottled? distilled?
Any additives added to your water that you added? pH adjusters?

Looks to me it's either an iron deficiency or a magnesium deficiency.... need more information as to why it's occurring though. Could be from lack of the nutrients or pH could be off.

How close do you have your 250 watt hps?
Those leaves look just slightly curling up, which means it does not like the light being as close as it is....

I`m using about 2ml Bio BIzz Bloom And about 1ml TopMaxx per litre . i`m feeding them taht every other watering which is about every 3/4 days.

Tap water that is allowed to rest for a day or so to get rid of any chlorine and get to room temperature

No additives except a little cannazym and i was using Rhizotonic but only up until the end of the vegative stage. No pH alterations .

The light was maybe alittle close but i had a max/min thermomenter there and it never went over 28'C . I have moved it up a little now. It is now about 10 inches away The light is in a cooltube with a more than adequate fan sucking the hot air away.

Right .

i think i`ve got to the bottom of the problem. After along day of looking about on the tinternet. I have now realised that BioBizz Grow and Bloom need to be used in conjunction with each other .

BioBizz Feeding Schedule

I think the reason i have never had this problem before is that i have never had such good lights , this being my first grow using A 250 Watt HPS , My previous grows have been ample for my needs but never earth-shattering.

This is the first grow when i`m actually thinking to myself Wow this is gunna crop a half decent amount of bud.

And because of this my previous grows that have only been fred using BioBizz Bloom during flower have no problems with Nitrogen deficiencies.

Well i have given her a feed tonight with just BioBizz Grow and I hope that in a few days i shall see a marked improvement.

LAters,
cheers for your advice everybody.

Your problem is not a nitrogen deficiency, ntirogen starts from the lower part of the plant, when it yellows from the top, it's a micronutrient problem, like iron sulfur or magnesium.

So unless your grow has those micronutrients in them, your problem will not be going away.

Though it's always reccomended to use a grow during the first 2 weeks of flowering, but you switch over to bloom from then on out.......

SO your problem is not nitrogen related but lack of micronutrients related.

Well its been a week since i had my yellowing leaves scare.

and All is well in the world again.

I have been feeding my plant some BioBizz Fish Mix and some ALG-a-mic

It has perked up immensely .

I have all green leaves again and the buds have started to grow once more.

CRystals are really starting to form on the leaves and its starting to be sticky and smells devine.

I still can`t believe how much bud is on the plant considering this is only 21 days after it went in to 12/12

i`m gunna be champing at the bit for the next 5 weeks , when it will be ready finally .

i have never had so much bud on a plant even at the full 8 weeks .

i reckon its gunna be about 2 or 3 ounces.

which will be my biggest ever harvest even with 2 or 3 plants .

.

I have started some Lowryder#2 seeds today for which i will start another thread.
