Is this fungus damage

Unsure but i think the l.a.b.s foliar is eating fungus off the leaves i want to flip these plants and i thought i was ready.

All organic store bought supersoil amended with local vermicompost and neem cake, karanga cake bi weekly (cake to keep fungus gnats away). Except the dwc plant thats my 1st attempt at hydro being fed mega crop 600ppm 5.9ph

Foliar sprays every 7-10 days rotation of labs , neem oil and attak.

Im leaning toward light burn as they all have it in the same spot. Going to flip this weekend. Thanks for the mAny replies!!!
