Is this definitely a hermaphrodite?

Please only answer definitively if you're reasonably certain. It's hard for me to tell because there was another calyx on the opposite side that looked similar to that but opened up with pistils coming out.

Here are the pics:

Thanks in advance for the help guys and gals.

I would say that it does look like a male flower but definitely wait and see to be sure. If it doesn't ever spit hairs out and starts to grow a stalk then you know what you're in for.

This.

Id not be hasty in culling a plant until its obvious.

Noone here can say objectively "what" it is, because the picture doesn't show what will happen in a few days from now.

Im curious, do you have a light leak? Ive not seen a hermie since my first grow when I learned the hard way about photoperiod integrity, and most of my clone only stock is known to hermie, save for a few of them, but still, a plant that is well cared for should not self so long as it doesnt have a reason. Light leaks are indicative of spring coming early to the plants, hence the procreative response to selfing, its merely a survival mechanism, ergo, you may be causing the plant some level of stress... Or not, we dont truly have a way of knowing, yet..

yea its a hermie . you could try and salvage it by picking off the balls and spray with dutchmasters reverse. repeat the spray in 10 days. if it continues to throw balls then cull it.
