it's hard to tell from the picture. if the colors are accurate i would say it is a N deficiency.
the leaves are completely yellow.
K usually has necrotic spots on the edges/tips.
again, can't tell from the picture but i would say N if those leaves are at the bottom of the plant.
just in case there is some sort of salt buildup or ph problem
Id flush thoroughly with half strength nutrients (ph'd of course) and then start diagnosing from there
if you use sugar additives, you don't need to necessarily go half strength
-the sugar will really help recovery with the plant (just dont overdo it and cause rot)
some sort of kelp or b vitamin additive might be useful as well in a very small amount to help the plant bounce back
Flushing won't do any good in my case since we're organic in soil, so all of the ferts are already in the soil (with the occasional light guano tea fed every few waterings).
I did add kelp to the guano tea as well, and it's also already in the soil.
I could be wrong here.. but a good flushing will rid the soil of the salt buildup and the additives you add in your tea then water with get used and need to be replenished.
Hi KJ.
As it's the last 2 weeks now, I guess you'll only be giving them water anyway? It's a flush of sorts.. I was also told not to "over"treat N defs in flower, especially so close to the end. Again it's something I've gleaned from these pages but there will also be a natural amount of yellowing over the final weeks.
