It certainly does not look like a normal flower. To me it doesn't have any obvious signs of male flower. It's an autoflower in week ~5.

No, they are calyxes that are swelling. When a female plant isn't pollinated the calyx
where the V-shape pistils meet will swell up and be covered with resin glands in time.
