Is there any way to obscure a window without totally blocking air flow?

I am planning a grow in a 1/2 bathroom with a small window. The light is going to be hot and I can't use powerful fans due to noise concerns. I could really, really, really, use that window, but I can't afford leakage at 115,000 lumens. I got busted three years ago largely due to my failure to properly seal a window (I was a noob ok). Is there any way to obscure a window while still allowing ventilation? I can't have black plastic visible from the oustide, either. Above all it has to look as normal as possible, otherwise I just can't do it.... I am not getting found out again......

here's one way to do it. slap a piece of plywood over the window, then cut holes as needed. Make sure to leave the curtain or shade still attached, so it looks normal from the outside.

yeah i put up a pull down white curtain then normal blinds, then covered the back of that with panda plastic, but on the bottom i left the window open and attached my fans to vent my lights. However prior to doing that i got this little portable screen with a metal slated vent from home depot, where the fan is there is no light because the ducting is turned 90 degrees and where there is no exhausts there is black plastic, but the key is the portable slated/screen i got from home depot. i see the smae product allot as just screen but this one is perfect because it has a metal slated area so air can get out and light stays in. Plus it looks normal.
