so as i prepare to do some gardening once again, i'm sitting on these beans. i know i'm a cheap-o :bat: but it's only the beginning of my collection.........

i wonder, if i wanted to make some beans of my own to give out to friends, which of these strains would be the most likely to give a good cross. anyone who's grown out any of these packs and knows of anything specific to look for it would really be appreciated and useful.

i'm looking for 2 possible crosses here, 1 should (hopefully) be a faster indoor, and 1 that's like an indy/sat mix.

it will be my first seeding (on purpose :D) so don't bash me if i'm going about this the wrong way :canabis:

nirvana.........
super skunk
bubblicious
maroc x afghan
white rhino
master kush
jock horror

.........

double gum

chronic

el nino

bogglegum f2's

hashberry

phoenix haze (nh x nh) or (ssh x nh)

cascadia (alaskan trainwreck x love potion) :bat:

somango x bubble gum (freebie)

..... :chin:

Of what you got I would cross a cascadia female with a male white rhino (love the rhino) and then cross a female phoenix haze with a male hashberry. You have very good choices to work with.

I'd probably be lookin' at the Cascadia and the Hashberry too...I've had my eyes on the hashberry itself for a while now.

keep us posted bro!

Out of all the Nirvana stock you listed vs. what Nirvana beans I've popped, the WRhino had the least variation it seemed, but still each plant WAS different.....

beauties :D thanks raco

thank you all for the info/suggestions. they will be put to good use, i promise.

i was smoking some nice stonehedge last night, would this be a good candidate for some rhino pollen as well? i can get cuts but i don't want to get in over my head with this project. i got a little out of control earlier this year and i had WAY too many plants laying around for what i was doing.

redrider, sounds like a plan  is there a specific reason you'd choose the phoenix female and hashberry male instead of vice versa?

fj, good point. i think the hashberry is of kashmir landrace heritage? i can't wait :D....i've got a friend about to flower this out so i'll get a preview before i get started.

jaws, ^^^ thanks for bringing that up, i never would've caught it myself :D what do you think about these crosses?

yukon, thanks man i will keep posted for sure as this gets going.

notcrazy, i've got a friend flowering the nirvana rhino right now, he says that the females are taller stretchy ones, and are right @ level with his jock horror. is this typical of the rhino, or should i be looking for a more squat male?

dro, good to see you're around man! i do a "perpetual shoveling" method. i shovel it as each 4-6" falls that way i don't have to break my back shoveling a few feet of wet snow all at once :D i DO need to take a train ride in a few weeks here. i'll pm you once i'm "alive" again hehehe
