Is the Flash Turbo Spray Gun an atomizer/fogger?

I'm trying to figure out whether or not to just buy a Hudson Fogger or to get something like what's pictured below and use a Flash Turbo Spray gun with it. Does the Flash Turbo Spray create a fine mist like the Hudson?

Maybe not that particular one since it's only 1 gpm and I think I need more for the Flash Turbo.

I wonder if the Hudson is powerful enough that you could extend the down tube so you don't have to carry the reservoir.
