wish i saw this earlier. well it would not have mattered i ordered on the 21/07/14
I had an email from vorsprung on 25/07/14 saying my order would ship that afternoon, it would be an international order which i paid $60 for postage, that should 100% be a tracked package at that price.
It's now 10days since he replied saying they would ship, i have requested an update in the form of postal reference/tracking.
are there other stories like this?

i ordered on July 14. Just a auto confirmation of my order, no shipping confirmation. I've sent a few emails asking for info on when they would ship.............not a word............nothing. gonna wait seven or so days then get charge reversed. If he can't take care of business due to whatever reason why doesn't he take down the site?
Their shipping sucks and takes forever. Their bags are really good for the price tho. They come with 6th bag now too.

I found numerous other customer service complaints spanning the last 3 years on other forums, but somehow its got a high rating on the BBB and scam adviser.

I reported them to bitpay the bitcoin payment processor they used to take my order/money.
bitpay were responsive and suspended their account.
I then had contact from vorsprung several days later basically saying he sold the company to a friend a year or so ago and his friend seems to be fucking it up. I really didn't believe the semi sob story though.
I got refunded in a direct bitcoin payment to my wallet.
Sad to see once a good company/guy go this way

wow, any new news on sprung bags? I threw out my second set about 6 months ago after they sat exposed in my garage for a while and the inner coating on the bags became brittle and started flaking off
