Is something eating my plants?

I've got a problem if anyone can help. I think something might be eating my plants. On some branches and stems it looks like there are little balls of a sap like substance as if something has bitten it then left and this substance has leaked out once its gone if that makes sense. The fresher looking stuff looks red then it seems to dry to a yellowish white colour as time goes by. I've searched all over the plants themselves checking every inch of them top to bottom and top and bottom of all leaves and I can't see anything on them and when I'm in the tent I can't see anything flying about so I'm stumped. Has anyone seen anything like this before. All growth seems to be fine on all affected plants but I'd rather sort this out before it gets out of hand or gets too far into flower. I'm already 4 days in but there's no white hairs yet so hopefully I've still got a little time to spray if I need to. Should I just get some neem oil to be safe? All plants are were planted on the 1st April and went into flower on the 10th of this month. Sorry for the low quality pics but if I go any closer my phone loses focus and you can't see anything.

It don't look good..

Open your pics in MSPaint and crop out the bit of the pic you want to share with us. You can only upload a limited number of pixels before the forum trims detail away. Make them count. If you don't have Paint, your phone can probably zoom in before you take the pic. No need to get closer, just get two fingers on the screen and zoom in.

Did you give it a nudge to see if it crawled

Ok I'll do that when I get home tonight and it doesn't crawl.

Kind of looks like Scale. Better close up would help.

Could also be a bit of sap/brix that dried after leaking from a slight injury to the leaf stem or that was just released naturally by the plant.

I thought scale at first too but looking at close ups of pics I'm not too sure. It looks like a liquid that starts red rather dries to a yellowy white colour. Unfortunately I can't get better pics. If I go any closer my phone camera loses focus. I think might be sap/brix but its on too many places which made me think something might be biting it, taking what it needs and then thats the wound thats left.

Sap/brix leakage can be a sign of Supreme Health. Then it happens overnight and in the earliest hours of light. Good job bro.

If it was caused by Bugs, even if you couldn't see them you would most likely find some other trace from them like tiny droppings resembling ash or a sticky exudate from their excretions either on leaves or the area beneath and surrounding the affected plant.
