The soil does look quite wet to me, you should add some perlite to your soil for your final pots to help with drainage whilst your in heavy veg and flowering, good luck finding a female
apart from a little wet compost and the runt they look great, I'd carry on growing the runt if you have space for it, you never know.. it might turn out to be your only female!

your plants look fine..one runt,A little droopy but heathy...I agree with the earlier post add perlite..Helps drainage and gets air to the roots..Poor drainage and lack of air lead to root rot..That seed starter mix holds alot of water, not much air...I would transplant into a growing mix..Good Luck...mitsu
when u transplant, make sure and add a bit of vermiculite as well. I tought myself how to grow with bagseeds before I delved into knoiwn genetics, and from my experience, 1 cup vermiculite to every 5 cups of potting soil has done wonders for me. Good looking plants though! I like the blue hue from the T8's...blue light is da bomb. I have grown and flowered fully under metal halides, and it took 9.5 weeks of flowering, but the bud was sooo rediculous dank, all from a bagseed from some really good middies. Happy growin!
Vermiculite retains water, if you are having a problem with drainage already that's the last thing you want to be adding to your 'new' mix imho.. compost and a little perlite will work wonders, you should be able to tell how much you need to add by the texture while your mixing it, add a little at a time as you don't want to over do it as you are adding basically nothing of nutritional value to your compost.. ideally you want it to form a lump but break apart easily at the same time, you should keep the runt going if you have room for it, worst case scenario is it being a male, next best you should get a smoke off it.
