Is my plant herming? (pics included)

Help guys, this is my first round in two years with a possible herm.

None of my plants are under stress; and this particular plant looks happy everyday and prays very hard in the morning and alot of times all day.

The only thing I care to mention is that I grow in my basement which gets very cold in the winter and temps have been getting into the low 50s at night with even one night hitting 49 degrees. This has never been a problem in years past.

The genes of this plant are unknown. It's a bag seed from a cookie strain I was told was OGKB all the way in KY (and when its a hyper cuts name you know its probably not real out here). It exhibited the duckfooted look in veg but since flower and stretch has returned to a more "forum cookie" looking fan.

It has pistils in several places, but where as everything else in my garden is showing the beginnings of pistil stacking forming buds-- this plant is throwing these cone shaped buds from the tops. (these are hard btw)

normal or no?

i dont think so, but a few more days will tell. If the "cone" thing develops into a bunch of grapes, yes its a hermie/male/ heshe. Or it will throw out some fine white hairs in which case your golden.
I have had several strains that lookedjust like that but just turned out normal females.
Dont be rushing things.

G`day SG

Have a look at the nodes 2-3 down from the top with a loupe / usb microscope .
The lower nodes are more mature and will show the sex organs earlier than the freshly formed tip .

Looking with magnification can allow sexing earlier on most strains .

Thanks for sharin

I've got some of the same "problem" as you with cold temps in winter and if you dont have any additional heating other than when the lights go on,it'll take some hours fer the plants to heat up and apparently they get staunted in growth and instead of continue up setting more nodes it's like the plant says to itself; I'm gonna get finish, its cold - light hours, yup that's the plan. But I've seen the opposite too, suddenly the female make this spearheaded top and still throwing out pistils but suddenly balls too!!. Anyway keep an eye on it, like I thought you wouldn't lol!

early in flower, I look for sacs at the nodes. Mid to late in flower, I look for yellow "nanners" coming from the buds.
