That's what i'm wondering. I saw the 5 pack on seedboutique with only some words and a flowering time of 8 weeks ? Can some one tell me if it's in a dream or reality...

A mate has a purple pheno that has just been chopped at 10 weeks,all the others i and he have will go 11/13 weeks.
Also found they will start forming buds quicker than i expected,at between 14/17 days.

Sounds like a great strain. dubi said it has a"...14-15 weeks flowering time, finishing early november outdoors. Flowers are extremely dense and resinous for a pure sativa, ovaries are big, full of huge trichomes. Taste is strong, rude, like resinous oil. High is overpowering, long lasting dense and psychedelic."

Yes great strain, big buds like an indica. Well now i've got a new question :
My tent is only 1.6 meter high, so my plants can't go over 1 meter tall. If i grow pure malawi, must i run them in 12/12 straight, or can i give them 2 weeks of veg?

Malawi flowering time is around 12-13 weeks, but some over mature her a bit more (14 weeks) to get the evil crystals. There are some earlier phenos in the line but they are rare to find.
You can grow malawi indoors in your setup without any problem... 15-20 days from seeds with 18/6 photoperiod, then 12/12 and wait till the initial flowering stretching is finished before repot.
Start topping early or even tie down the plants to grow them vertically, i'd recommend you to check Hoots thread here in the ace room, very inspiring for the malawi and golden tiger indoor growers

Have just finished those Malawi,have growed her for long time now,it,s a damn good plant-taste smell and stoner.Easy to work with easy to do clones on and so on..i normally grow them on 12-12 from clones only under 160 w PL-L or 400 Hps.
Those carring on seeds.Smells like a new pair of woll socks or the botton in the forrest.
I only flowering about those 8 weeks.Cant wait : )
Make lots of strech,it,s a plant who likes to grow : ) they are only in 3.5 L pot,s..not pure malawi-a bit Hindu kush into.

Im glad you are happy with the plant
HPS lights work to flower correctly malawi, but not with fluorescent lights. We recommend at least 600 w/m2 for her.
