Nope, but it'll start flowering ASAP.*
*Not familiar with how long Chemdawg takes to finish or if it's a worthy outdoor strain, but any photoperiod strain you put out now will begin flowering immediately.

Put out some Kyle Kushman Strawberry Cough clones almost two weeks ago and they were a little over a foot tall. Currently they are two feet and in full flower, so expect an immediate conversion to flower. Give them a good dose of nutes to help push them into flower. Good luck!
