Is it too late to cut the bottom branches off

just let it go. no need to stress it so far into flower unless you need clones.

i would leave them at this stage and u can probably harvest tops first and let lowers go another week to plump up
I don't think just a few clippings would hurt in the least, so if you forgot the get clones, get 'em now while you stillcan (if thats your case). You could reveg, but thats so messy and long. What is your reason for wanting to clip the lower branches if you don't mind?
