Is it ok to mount light controller & ballast upside down?

Would run into any issues if I were to mount my ballast and cap-mlc light controller upside down? I'm looking for anyone who has long term experience. I want to mount the ballast and the light on the ceiling of my room.

I found a member, stoney419, who has his light controller and ballast mounted the same way I plan to mount mine. I'm still waiting for his response... Plus I don't think he has run that setup for a long time.

Really, I usually see them mounted on a wall or table... not completely upside down.

I am mainly asking about the light controller... any issues mounting it upside down?

dunno about the controller...but I'm sure you've seen the ballast inside the fixture
You can always call an licensed electrician and ask

Yours have the Universal mounting option ...mount them anyway you need to.
