I'm working the night shift these days and sleep has become an even bigger issue than it was before ( I get the mind racing with thoughts type of insomnia). Im considering making canna butter and letting it sit in the crock pot for exxxxtra long trying to convert as much THC to CBN as possible. I'd love to hear from anyone that has experience making edibles specifically for sleep and how you do it. I've made a lot of edibles in my time but never specifically as a sleep aid
