Is guano a supplement or full mute replacement?

I'm a rookie, just finished my first successful micro grow in an old freezer that became quite the Frankenstein of contraptions by the end..

My question is I'm beginning run #2 in a bit bigger spot and see tons of great reviews on adding guano to soil mix. I'm using pro mix (well a knock off) but if I use guano am I then commited to that as a complete nite along w its other organic friends? (Which I have entertained thoughts of doing in future) Or can it just be a supplement to a regular nite run? I currently use heavy 16, was happy with end results but had to be very careful with nite burn with it in last run (that time was straight vermiculite/perlite blend)

read the nute profiles on container...yes some guanos are suited to supplement other stuff ....yeehaw there s a few kinds of guano...and they are rather fast acting unlike some organic goodies...

The guano I've used in the past was used as a supplement to my SVA/SVB and SBA/SBB. But there are some with fuller nutrient profiles
