Not iron deficiency, but if it was iron deficiency can be quickly corrected with a foliar application of liquid iron.

Those upper leaves may be showing the beginning of Nitrogen hunger, especially if they're growing quickly.

Wouldnt it start to show in the older leaves first if it was N? And they would start to turn yellow? These are turning a yellowish green starting at where the leaf meets the petiole, then moving toward the leaf tips. It also has a somewhat leathery feel to it...

That looks just like sulphur, just like personal said, Did it start from the top and work it's way down?

Molasses has lots of iron. But don't use too much.

Maybe throw a rusty piece of iron into your watering bucket.

I'm sure rusty water is loaded with iron.

That's assuming of course this is the problem at all.

It started where the petioles meet the leaf fingers, and has worked its way out toward the tips... it isnt so much a yellowing as it is a de-greening... i only noticed it the day i took the pictures, and even them my eyes were washed out from trying to light a joint with a magnifying glass sans sunglasses. My partner pointed it out to me...
