iPod Touch (32 GB), Or Accoustic Guitar?

H

I'm not 100% sure of which one I should get :1help:. I really like the look and feel of the 3rd generation iPod Touch, but I don't know if they last or not. I've always been interested in learning how to play the guitar, and I would like to teach myself like my older bro and a couple of my boyfriend's friends did. Any feed back would be appreciated! Peace, HippieChild

Which one do you wanna do more, listen to music or make your own? :D

Personally if I had to choose, I would probably pick the guitar. Of course, my options would've been "iPod or piano?" and I would've chosen the piano, no doubt :)

If you already have an iPod, upgrading to the current version of the Touch is pointless, IMO. I think that's only if you wanna "keep up with the Joneses." Both are nice, but making music is even better. :)

Get an 8 gig ipod touch and then you can buy a decent guitar off craigslist or even online for like 100.

8 or 32 gigs isn't enough to hold all your music anyways unless you have a small collection, so either way you will be making playlists or transferring certain artists to the ipod and then changing them periodically.

Here's an article about some ipod apps that can help you learn guitar too..

Here's a guitar that is supposedly really good for the money and is like 129 bucks:

Regardless I'm sure you can track down a decent guitar for around 100, just check out reviews and stuff first, as there will be plenty in that price range that suck too.
