Hey, poppçinfresh would you be so nice and link me to one of those pre-Iphone treos with MULTITOUCH screens ? Cause it seems such a product doesn't exist :)
Also , may i ask you if you ever used an OSX equiped mac and if yes, why exactly you think it hardware sucks giving the simple fact the parts used inside are exactly the sames as those used on your PC's ?
Thanks

i don't know about any "pre-iphone treos with MT screens" but i do know about some touchscreen phone models which iphone is based off of. but i know an intelligent person of your calibre isn't going to nitpick about the specific technology in the iphone when one has been referring to the general design concept of touch screen phones. that would be like asking someone to find oranges in an apple orchard. i don't think you're that ignorant at all although you seem very iCreative with that question

here's something to hold your brain while you figure out what you want...

next issue. similar and the same are two different concepts. yes all computers are generally similar in that they use the same type of parts. however you go into LAN party and say one guy's PC is the same as another's Mac and you might leave with a busted lip. if anyone thinks i'm a hardcore PC fan, trust me, i am only playing the role for debate purposes. lol.

Did I hit a nerve ?
I see a huge difference in simple terms of ergonomy and GUI design between the old school touchs screens and the new multitouch technology…
And consider the GUi the main piece of any electronic device controlled via screen.
Yes , Im aware that multitouch technology isn't new, Jazz Mutant is selling multitouch midi controllers for quite some time now…
But I still can't find any other phone with a multi touch screen with an intuitive an sleek designed GUI that would make a worthy alternative… to a product i won't buy anyway, but we're arguying innovatiove technology here, aren't we ?

Ah, btw, I've never seen anyone buying a mac for gaming if this makes sense,
to bad you didn't choose any example more "productive orientated ;)

I'm no "hardcore" mac fan btw just an old mac user…;)

a windows pc can do EVERYTHING a mac can do and a mac can only do what a PC can do when it installs Windows lol.

Try running OSX on your PC.

I expect you to come back with a childish comment such as: "oh, OSX sucks !". If that's the case, then you may continue to flaunt your computer ignorance and spread misinformation in this thread.

I use Macs but my best friend is a hardcore PC user, and I've seen what both platforms can do, and there is no "best", it all depends on the end user and what type of tasks and software are going to be run on the machine. I'm not that ignorant as to claim that one sucks or that one is better than the other, it all depends.

You obviously don't like Apple for some reason, and that's fine, but they've been at the forefront of innovating many technological devices and various advances for decades now, probably for much longer than you've ever first put your fingers on any computer at all. My first Apple I ever used was an Apple II in around 1980. You refer to people who buy Apple products as I-sheep, while you're obviously just I-gnorant when it comes to this topic.

When im recording/video editing/audio management i want a Mac. But for general web surfing/gaming/archiving i want a PC. There isn't really a best or better, it's all about what your plan on using it on and your personal taste.

lol why would i say that when it's already known. hahahahah. you guys really get your twats bleeding when anyone talks bad about a mac. but anyway, this is fun. i've used macs in the past. this is why i don't like em, don't care for em, and know they aren't worth the shit that ppl keep whining about. i've seen ipods in action and i've even played with an iphone at the store. that shit does NOT impress me.

it's funny how so many people say it's the same and it's user preference but then get mad cuz someone shits on a mac. if it's all the same, WHY ARE YOU EVEN COMPLAINING? it's my preference to use PC over Mac. ALL I AM DOING IS TELLING THE WORLD WHY? you iSheep are the ones getting upset with me because of my reasoning. i don't get it. i like PC and i like Windows and this is why. i don't like Macs, ipods or the iphone which is what started all this AND this is why? i gave my opinion.. some of it is based in fact and some in empirical evidence. WHY ARE YOU SO UPSET WITH THAT?

OK OK OK.. IM SORRY I SAID ISHEEP DON'T THINK FOR THEMSELVES :petting:

(this is fun tho lol. i love seeing you iSheep get all upset over nothing. oh no someone said steve jobs hair looks funny, kill him! LOL)

ummmmm lol... gaming? i think you're the first to mention that so far. good job reading and picking your fights. i thought this was about TOUCHSCREEN PHONE DEVICES.. didn't know it was specifically about MT phone devices. LOL. :bashhead:

I think the main issue is that this is the first post that concerns your opinion and shows that you understand that you don't speak for everyone...

No one is mad, we're simply trying to inform you that your argument isn't valid simply because you think so. Things such as evidence and facts play a large part in validating a claim, not your opinion; which is all that we have heard from you.

As for your continued use of the term iSheep, I could honestly care less. You're a few years to late with that one, seeing how SanDisk already used it and has since dropped it for their Sansa line of MP3 players. I figured someone as 'intelligent' as yourself could formulate a better insult for people who don't agree with you.

Who's following who?

Your sole purpose in this thread is obviously to be an ass, though not a very effective one. Some people do get their kicks out of being asses on the internet, so I'm not exactly shocked or surprised. And no, I'm not particularly bothered by anything that you write or claim, because anybody with even a mediocre supply of brain cells is able to differentiate between bullshit and facts. I'm sure that most people have dealt with your type on various forums before, and the best solution for that type of immature person is to simply ignore them.
