International Clone Only cuts in the UK

What I will tell you from EXP with clones is, put them in a different room from your main moms/crop.

Quarantine.

I've had PM on more than one clone out of Cali in the past.
I've also had bugs passed on.

I no longer except clones unless I've been to the garden, the being said I have no exp of these clone nursery folks in the US but if you're girls are dirty you're not going to last too long.

I know Elmer bud is pretty good at pulling up the old threads from Mr nice.

I remember him (Nev) saying he didn't like the T at all and would breed it out if he had the chance to do it again. this stuck in my head as it's not often a breeder will say he didn't like his work.

Do you remember him saying A5 was his least successful achievement & that the ML NL wasn't worthy of a round of crossings

T wasn't his work & he didn't say that :good:

If you read the Thread they are both in one of his popular lines that everyone raves about, & he sure didn't say that he didn't like it.

He didn't like the catpisss from SSH cos he had worked out on the selection that doubling on C was where it came from..

Did you hear the one about the Skunk man Sam saying Colombian gold wasn't worth breeding & His affies were shit too

If your buying clones from overseas they want to come from somewhere you trust or has an analysis showing the cytoplasm is free from systemics.. Pests can be washed off.. That other stuff's half life lasts in the residuals for a long time & you don't want to be composting that.

I always find looking @ a cutting if it has pests. Then after I root them I immediately spray them with with something harsh or a (Sar) activator) so then I can grow lots of generations of cuttings to restore the vitality of the plant without a worry of having to spray the rest of them.. It bothers me little squirting stuff on them to make sure they're clean to begin with..

thanks guys,
i appreciate the replys,.
yes, i know what you mean, there was never a chance they were going anywhere near my main rooms until i would be certain they was clear...
im not even sure im definately going down this imported clones route anyway for the moment, like you say i cannot vouch for the nurserys they have been sent from .
i read about broad mites etc,and then as you say matedave we start thinking about systemic diseases as well, it just all makes me have second thoughts.
im not in any mad rush anyway, the last thing i want to do is ruin 20 years of work by moving things too quickly with an imported problem.

I found this in a thread from Nevil in 2010 so I stand corrected, as I said I could be.

Sensi didn't have A#1 for sale in '94. I was making their seeds then. Maybe it was NL1 or Maple leaf x NL1.

Maybe you could have taken the time to post an adult rebuttal rather than a facetious one.
Just a thought!

People are here for debate. If you have evidence that backs your claim post it rather then your previous style of post which helps no one & clearly points you out to other posters as someone with an attitude issue.

Interesting that we see the ML was in so many different strains. It was also in a 1/4 or 3/4 maple leaf. I keep thinking that might be 4 way. That MLxNL#1 sounds like a decent cross to me. If that was crossed with a hash plant or another Afghan.

Blackdomina sounds like there is good to be had I have grown a few different cuts & some crosses & it's got a distinctive look about it.

Gonna get some BD seeds & some more Fruits with more Maple leaf someday soon..

Interesting the NL lines are & all the intercrosses with these old afghans

Black domina is a luvly smoke. I got my pack from the sensi shop in amsterdam in 96 and was that impressed with them i just had to make my own seed. I Think there at f4 now and they seem equally as nice as the originals. ive also just hit a girl from my last seed run with 88/g13 hashplant pollen :tiphat:

Hello !

Spanish forums says that all these strains come from the Black Domina 98 Clone-only known as "La Barraca"^^

If you have some spanish friends she is easy to find :)

Cheers

Yup the Arcata Cut is around Austria Shops since a "few" years, but keep the nose open, there is also circulating a selected HSO TrainWreck Cut

i might be able to sort out a pic of the young arcata clones :)
