nice find shithead, shipping isn't that bad it's only 12 bucks, so i 20 gallon bag can water a big area or a bunch of plants? i don't see exactly how it works but it does sound very usefull for outdoors!

looks like stupid bullshit to me. theres no use for it if you have to fill it with water yourself. you might as well just water the soil...

it would be cool if it retained rain water and you could open a close a valve or something to water your plants a few days after it rained or something

you fill that up you actually think you could carry it far enough 20 gallons of water in 1 go is pretty heavy :), and i dont see why it would be much of use besides to carry water, plus it looks like it would go around the plant and water out of the bottom and wouldnt be good for alot of plant only a few in a certain area, id get water crystals if you are worried about watering :D

14 x 5pounds or is it 14 x 8 i dunno but either way like you said its alot of weight to be carrying on your back a far distance but then again you might enjoy it as you become stronger as you carry it more often like a good work out haha :D

i rather just hide milk jugs in the general area of my grow about 100 yards away near the river/creek and fill them up then walk back to my plants water and so on, seems much easier and less work of having to carry all the weight a good distance

like PS said, just stash some milk jugs around, itd be much easier.

a bladder now thats a better find and would only weigh 32 pounds and could easily fit inside a backpack for easy carrying :)

well ofcourse you wouldn't carry the gator out full of water everytime....but you could just stash it or keep it tied up with the zipper open to collect rain water....or like u said but instead stash 2- 5 gallon buckets next to a stream and only have to make a couple trips....just put all your nutes in the gator and save time and labor, if you got a 10-30 plant plot it sucks going back and forth so many times with a couple 1 gallon jugs....u could do some improvements to make it even better though.

who says going back and forth if your like me i have a duffle bag full of supplies for ease of carring usually in the bag is a hatchet, machete, rope, flashlight, bandages, a tarp and various other things you might need if you take a tumble

now when you need to water dump all the supplies out, grab your jugs and then go to the stream, usually i can carry upto 12 jugs in my duffle bag and still be able to walk with it to the plants :), 12 gallons of water in 1 go each time very easy if you can carry that much ahaha :D

ah me and my bro tried a 18 gallon rubbermaid tub filled wit water, lets jus say i rather carry them in a duffle bag :)

its a old army duffle bag and i also have a newer modle navy duffle bag :), these things can hold alot of stuff :), ive actually thought about modifing one and lining it with something that can hold water and wouldnt leak, like pond liner or a old tarp :D, see someone lugging it around in the woods full of water ;)

yeah could u imagin carrying 240 lbs of water in each hand lol.

i might have to get me one of them big army duffle bags....the liner would be cool but i think it would be kinda awkward carrying that thing.
