reading the FYI section the other day, looking to see what poor bastard had caught it the worst from LEO recently. to my amazement, there were 2 ol' boys across the line in VA that made the news. they were caught growing "in excess of their allotted 4 cannabis plants" as the Times put it...sounds bad, right? not really, lol. they were each fined $25...fuckers ought to get medals.

Not sure someone got busted for like 50 plants and I think faces felony charges but I haven't kept up with it. I'm growing for personal consumption so I wouldn't be too concerned myself.

article does not say. if i was to guess, i'd say they took everything above the 4 allowed. given a big enough asshole DA, they might have ripped everything up. big enough numbers, they could have gotten the feds involved. hope not...
