Well it is interesting, I know THC levels have gone way up (that's what they say), but the 28% Bruce Banner I smoked just ended up giving me bed-spins when I smoked a 2nd joint trying to get 'high'

The perceived potency is what's missing in these newer high-potency strains so to me they're just good for medical, not rec.
