Intake to out take ratio ..Need assistance please!

I'm building a 4k watt room currently. have it all wired and ready to go, but i'm trying to figure out if the AC unit i just purchased will be enough intake for my room. Their is a central ac vent that leads to the bedroom, but i'd like to avoid using it if possible for fear that I'll bring bugs into my room through the ducting from other parts of the home.

I'm using an 18,500 BTU GE window unit with a built in de humidifier. its got a 10.7 EER rating, and when i fire up 4 lumatek 1000 watt ballasts with lights, i've got my temps in check..

As for exhaust i'll be running a 500 CFM per 2 hoods. into a Y that leads into my attic with a inline duct fan to push it out the attic vents. I know when the lights are on my AC will be pushing quite a bit of intake from the outside.. i'm just worried that when temps hit what its set for, that i won't have enough intake if i close the central ac vent that leads to the room..

I also have 2 controllers for both 500 CFM exhaust fans. so i can adjust per needed.. is their a standard ratio i should be shooting for , and how can i calculate my intake for my new unit.. (525 bucks at the depot).

Here are a few picks,

any suggestions greatly appreciated. I will go to any length to not have spidermites in this room ... Next step is installing a linoleum floor in the closet/bedroom and wrapping it with industrial rubber baseboards and caulking the shit out of it. so i can bleach the floor regularly and keep the room as clean as possible.

someone correct me if im wrong

but window a/c units pull air OUT (very little)

if your a/c keeps your temps in check, you have no need for an intake/exhaust system

return your fans/controllers and buy a co2 setup

I'm not using a controller, have yet to purchase any intake.. Just gonna run 4 timers directly into the designated 110s for my 4 ballasts.. I know its not optimal, but it should work right?

This first run i'm gonna avoid C02 because i'd like to dial it down simply with dirt and the basics.

I'm thinking i'll drop a bomb below the house and one in the attic before i get started as well as the main room ..

I think this is good advice.
I am running a 4k sealed room with a 10k btu window a/c. I think it's actually simpler to run a co2 canister with a regulator and timer than fiddle with air cooled lights and intake/outtake and whatever. I think I end up using about 3-20 lb tanks per cycle @ 1000ppm.
If your a/c can handle it, rock it! Especially if you can get in there and make your a/c airtight with caulking and sprayfoam.
peace!
